Cooking class tour - Flavor Of Hue at the Hue Resident

Regarded by many as the culinary capital of Vietnam, Hue takes its culinary cues from its royal heritage. Hue tables are typically covered with several small dishes of local delicacies such as diminutive Hue pancakes or tiny bowls of freshly cut vegetables. This half day cooking class, we follow Mrs. Cuc, the owner of Y Thao Garden House to Dong Ba central market, where she gives an instruction on how to choose food for our cooking lesson at 9:30 a.m. at Y Thao Garden House. Lunch is the food we prepare.
